Captain Hook’s Smokehouse aims to deliver the finest quality smoked fish in Asia – Our process follows strict quality controls and true dedication from our Master Smokers. All the fish in our range has never been frozen and is cured with a secret recipe handed down from generation to generation. Our team employs a blend of modern technology and artisan skill to ensure a computer controlled “cold smoke” temperature under 33 Celcius.

Quality and freshness are assured with all production taking place at Captain Hook’s FDA approved factory in Phuket, and the entire company range is vacuum packed providing additional shelf-life.
